I just purchased 30 days supply of carats a few minutes ago( 10-15min.) for $2.99, that's supposed to give me Daily supply of it bout 300 carats plus 100 daily? I have yet to receive them.
I didn't go thru Google acct. but thru apps store.

This support is useless. Pending and open request should be answered accordingly but it seems the staff doesn't care about customers/players.
It's our money being stolen here. Please FINCON HEAR US! This is the worst support system ever!

i also bought the 30 days, did not receive the 300 carats. i know this is a new game, but your system should be ready when you have created that online purchase options.

My problem has been solved one day after my report.
If you have trouble with your transaction, just contact directly with Fincon-nect by submit a request button at the right upper corner of the screen.
Already submitted a request. Marie from fincon-nect already replied to me earlier (1pm) asking for my purchase reciept. I sent her a screen shot of my Purchase History from my Apple account (1:30pm). It's almost 9pm now, but still no reply or update about my problem. Support team is slow and i am getting frustrated.
I waited whole afternoon for a reply or update, if they can't give me the carats i purchased i will "Report a Problem" to Apple so i can have my money back. Atleast, Apple can solve this in couple of hours. Support Team, please reply! Thanks!
It's Saturday, maybe you should wail to the next Monday.
I send them my screenshot from the beginning. Marie replied 15 hours later and told me that carats have been sent to my account.
So, be patient. They will reply to you soon.
